Rasih İbrahim'in Okçulukla İlgili Bir Manzumesi

Abstract

In Divan literature, there are some poems, in which the terms used in different scientific and occupational branches, except love, mysticisim and general subjects. In this study a poem of Rasih ibrahim's one of the 19th century poets, in which he used certain idioms and terms in archery, have been studied. The poem has been translated into Turkish and some terms related to archery have been defined. At the end of texture, the terms have been given in alphabetical order with their definitions.
