Abstract

This article is devoted to the concepts that present the main units of syntactic fragmentthat is a part of the language system. In this study the language system is to be interpreted asa knowledge consisting of abstract images. The subject of the article is syntactic units, namely"syntagmas" and "constructions" that are rules, programmes or models that determine toconstruct the units of speech, and is not the material, concrete formations, like "utterances","sentences", "phrases, word-groups" etc. that are observed in the speech.
