Abstract
This essay deals with the word order and the syntactical structure of adverbial clauses in Tuvan language. Adverbial clauses are dependent on the main clause and mostly from subordinate clauses fulfilling the function of an adverb. Within this essay adverbial clauses will be delineated for both the standard Tuvan and Altai Tuvan language, which is considered as a Tuvan dialect. With this research we wanted to give an overview of the syntax of adverbial clauses, which have generally been analyzed with respect to a morphological basis so far, in the Siberian Turkic language Tuvan
