Reading Problems of Manuscripts Related to Oral Literature Products and Samples of Dede Korkut

Abstract

To read historical texts is in a way similar to the archaeological excavations. The researcher's task is to uncover and resolve the language unknowns of the text where the period, understanding and extracting from interlinear. Because language continues on its path leaving the past a set of words, phrases, word patterns, using the new in their place. Thus, words, phrases, word patterns of the language used in the past remains in written text. For we use and know new forms of language, the forms of the language used in historical periods is foreign to us. Elapsed time pulls the curtain and knit walls old forms of language between us. To collapse these walls and to range these curtains consist of periods of language requires the use of specific methods. However, to determination methods well it is necessary to know the story of writing the present; it arrived today in what circumstances; samples of problems encountered in these kind manuscripts
