Abstract
In this article have been conducted reading and interpreting experiments on the newly discovered Turkic inscription which found in the Kurgak mountain close to the Kosh-Agach village of Altai Republic. Up to date has been suggested two separate recommendation of readings and meanings on the inscription. Some of the shortcomings of Klyashtorniy and Kubarev's readings who first published the inscription have been noticed by Tybykova, Nevskaya and Erdal and were made adjustments. In the result of the epigraphic certification process made on the inscription has been noticed that there are gaps both readings. İn this article have been proposed new readings and meanings of the words which considered hade been read incomplete and inaccurate. As a result have been offered that words which hade been read as alp körki by Klyashtorniy and Kubarev can be read as alp yürek. İt is believed that the inscription is religious-cultic ritual inscription describing of victim-cutting ceremony
