Abstract
This study states the importance of the skill of using language which is the basiccommunication device. Since people live in society, it is really important to know howto use language effectively in order to lead a comfortable life in their society which iscomposed of customs, traditions, and rules. It is also emphasized that every individualin the society has to be taught this language.The most important values which make people live in society are democracy andhuman rights. Communication and, consequently, the skill of using language have arather important effect on the functioning of this system of values.
