Abstract

The mother tongue teaching is a most important factor in human life. The dictationand written narration exercises are important tools to teach how to construct grammaticallycorrect sentences and to teach concepts that Turkish students living abroadfelt the deficiency using the principles of discovery learning. For this reason, whenteaching Turkish, dictation and written narration exercises should be covered whileteaching rules of other foreign languages.
